Introduction and Mode of Action: Carbendazim is a systemic fungicide with protective and curative effects. It inhibits beta-tubulin synthesis, leading to disruption of mitotic division in fungi.
Application and Dosage
Crop | Disease Type | Dosage |
Wheat & Barley | Common and Loose Smut | 2 per 1000 for seed disinfection before sowing, 2.5 per 1000 for large-scale treatment of smut diseases |
Pre-Harvest Interval (PHI)
