Description
Introduction and mode of action: Dichlorvos is a non-systemic, contact, digestive, respiratory (fumigation) and penetrating insecticide from the organophosphate group. The effect of this pesticide is to inhibit the cholinesterase enzyme in the nervous system of animals.

Application management:
This poison reduces blood cholinesterase and is prohibited for use in household insecticides. Spraying on growing cucumbers should not be done directly, it is recommended to spray between rows. The use of other pesticides, especially sulfur formulations, should be avoided one day before and after spraying with this insecticide, and it has a herbicidal effect on some types of chrysanthemums.
How to use:
First, select and calibrate the appropriate sprayer. Dissolve the recommended amount of pesticide in a certain amount of water well and then add this solution to the calibrated sprayer tank that has been filled halfway with water. While stirring the solution, add the rest of the required water to it. The sprayer tank agitator should be working during the preparation of the solution and spraying.
Necessary precautions: Avoid eating poison, contaminating human and animal food, contact of poison with skin, eyes and clothes, inhalation of poison particles, eating and drinking during spraying. When spraying, wear work clothes, hats, glasses, masks, boots and impermeable plastic gloves and wash clothes and body after spraying. Smoking should be strictly avoided during spraying. Reuse of pesticide containers should be strictly avoided. Empty containers and packages should be stored in a place away from water sources and in accordance with relevant national regulations, empty containers and packages should be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner. Transportation of this poison should be carried out in accordance with international regulations on hazardous substances.
Storage conditions:
Keep the poison out of reach of children and animals in its original packaging and in closed warehouses away from sunlight, moisture and livestock. The storage temperature is between 10 and 35 degrees Celsius. If the seal of the poison is opened, the time and durability will be reduced. Avoid storing the pesticide as an aqueous solution.
Symptoms of poisoning and first aid:
Include headache, dizziness, nausea and impaired vision. If the poison solution is spilled on the face and body, immediately wash the contaminated area with soap and water several times. If symptoms of poisoning occur, see a doctor and show the poison label to the doctor.
Toxicity to the environment:
This poison is dangerous for bees and birds. Keep livestock and poultry away from the area before spraying and prevent livestock from grazing in freshly sprayed areas. Strictly avoid contaminating running, stagnant and underground drinking water with poison and poison solution. Avoid washing sprayers near rivers and running waters.
Antidote: The antidote for this poison is atropine sulfate, dopam, and atropine bapam.
