Introduction and Mode of Action: <\/strong>Cyproconazole is a systemic fungicide with both protective and curative effects from the triazole group. It inhibits the biosynthesis<\/a> of ergosterol in the cell membrane of fungi<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Pre-harvest Interval (PHI):<\/strong>
\nThe interval between the last spraying and harvest is 42 days.<\/p>\n

Method of Application:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Select and calibrate an appropriate sprayer.<\/li>\n
  2. Dissolve the recommended amount of pesticide in a small quantity of water.<\/li>\n
  3. Add this solution to the half-filled, calibrated sprayer tank.<\/li>\n
  4. While stirring, add the remaining required water.<\/li>\n
  5. Ensure the sprayer tank agitator operates during both preparation and spraying.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Precautions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Avoid ingesting the pesticide, contaminating food, skin or eye contact, and inhaling spray particles.<\/li>\n
    • During spraying, wear work clothes, a hat, goggles, a mask, boots, and impermeable gloves.<\/li>\n
    • Wash clothes and body after spraying.<\/li>\n
    • Refrain from smoking during spraying.<\/li>\n
    • Do not reuse pesticide containers. Empty containers must be stored away from water sources and disposed of in compliance with national environmental regulations.<\/li>\n
    • Transport the pesticide according to international hazardous material regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Storage Conditions:<\/strong>
      \nStore\u00a0Cyproconazole out of reach of children and animals, in its original packaging, in closed warehouses away from sunlight, moisture, and livestock. Storage temperature should be between 10\u00b0C and 35\u00b0C. Opening the seal reduces the product’s shelf life. Do not store the pesticide in an aqueous solution form.<\/p>\n

      Symptoms of Poisoning and First Aid:<\/strong>
      \nSymptoms include headache, dizziness, nausea, and eye irritation. If the solution spills on the skin or face, wash the affected area thoroughly with soap and water several times. If poisoning symptoms occur, consult a doctor and provide the pesticide label.<\/p>\n

      Environmental Toxicity:<\/strong>
      \nHighly toxic to birds and relatively toxic to most aquatic organisms, earthworms, and bees. Keep livestock and poultry away from treated areas during spraying, and prevent grazing in recently sprayed areas. Avoid contaminating surface, stagnant, and underground drinking water sources with the pesticide or its solution. Do not clean spraying equipment near rivers or running water.<\/p>\n
