Application Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fenitrothion, at concentrations higher than the recommended levels, may cause sensitivity in some vegetables like cabbage and russeting on certain apple varieties. Since this compound undergoes rapid hydrolysis in alkaline environments, it should not be mixed with alkaline compounds.<\/p>\n

Application Method<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Select and calibrate a suitable sprayer.<\/li>\n
  2. Dissolve the recommended amount of pesticide in a small quantity of water.<\/li>\n
  3. Add this solution to a calibrated sprayer tank that is half-filled with water.<\/li>\n
  4. While stirring, add the remaining required amount of water.<\/li>\n
  5. The sprayer\u2019s agitator must remain active during mixing and spraying.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Precautions<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Avoid ingestion, contamination of food and feed, skin and eye contact, and inhalation of spray particles.<\/li>\n
    • Do not eat, drink, or smoke during spraying.<\/li>\n
    • Wear protective clothing, including a work uniform, hat, goggles, mask, boots, and impermeable gloves.<\/li>\n
    • After spraying, wash hands, body, and clothes thoroughly.<\/li>\n
    • Do not reuse pesticide containers. Empty containers must be stored away from water sources and disposed of according to national environmental regulations.<\/li>\n
    • Transport of this pesticide must comply with international hazardous material regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Storage Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • Keep Fenitrothion out of reach of children and animals, in its original packaging, inside a sealed storage facility away from sunlight, moisture, and livestock.<\/li>\n
      • Storage temperature should be between 10\u00b0C and 35\u00b0C.<\/li>\n
      • Once the container seal is broken, the product\u2019s shelf life decreases.<\/li>\n
      • Do not store the pesticide in aqueous solution form.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Poisoning Symptoms and First Aid<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Symptoms include headache, dizziness, nausea, and vision disturbances.<\/p>\n

        • If the pesticide comes into contact with skin or face, wash the affected area multiple times with soap and water.<\/li>\n
        • If poisoning symptoms occur, seek medical attention immediately and present the pesticide label to the doctor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Environmental Toxicity<\/strong><\/p>\n

          • Fenitrothion is dangerous for bees and harmful to fish and other aquatic organisms.<\/li>\n
